Rob, Director and founder of Loans for Homes, first started in the finance industry in 1987, working for a Credit Union in Victoria for several years. He moved to the Gold Coast in 1997 and started Loans for Homes the following year. Rob is passionate about his business but most of all passionate about helping everyday Australians achieve their goals.
In his spare time Rob enjoys camping, fishing and off Road bike riding with his family.
Mark Lang: Broker / Principal Broker
Mark, started in the finance industry when he worked at the ANZ Bank in Victoria in 1985. He was there for several years before moving to Queensland in 1998 when he teamed up with Rob Harrap and started the Company, LOANS FOR HOMES.
In his spare time Mark enjoys Camping, Boating and Deep sea fishing.
Shardi O'Malley: Mortgage Consultant

Shardi joined Loans for Homes in February 2007 as a Loans Processor. She has been working in the finance industry since her arrival in Australia in 2002 and is now a qualified Mortgage Consultant. She also worked in the property industry as a Conveyancing Para-Legal for a Law Firm in South Africa for over 10 years.
In her spare time she likes Gardening, quilting, reading, camping and fishing.
